James (Jim) A. Huguenard is the Managing Partner of Fisher, Boyd, Johnson & Huguenard, LLP in Houston, Texas. He has a wide variety of substantive experience in trial and arbitration matters, which includes personal injury and wrongful death actions, trust and estate disputes, and business and commercial litigation. Mr. Huguenard also has extensive experience in trust and estate planning and administration.

Mr. Huguenard attended Baylor University, receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1983, and his Juris Doctor from the School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also been admitted to serve as pro hac vice counsel in other states across the nation.

Mr. Huguenard is a member of and has served on various committees of legal organizations. His memberships include the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Estate and Financial Forum. In addition, he is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and Life Fellow of the Houston Bar Foundation. Mr. Huguenard is also actively involved in several community and charitable organizations.
