Larry P. Boyd Member

Larry Boyd practices personal injury law and civil litigation at Fisher, Boyd, Johnson & Huguenard, LLP in Houston, Texas. After earning his Juris Doctor from Baylor University in 1982, where he was editor-in-chief of the Baylor Law Review, Mr. Boyd served as law clerk for the Honorable Sam D. Johnson in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law.

Mr. Boyd has extensive experience handling catastrophic injury and death cases, and has been involved in numerous aviation cases–including both private and commercial aircraft, as well as military aircraft. He has also represented workers seriously injured in pipeline, construction, and oil field accidents across the country.

Mr. Boyd has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and Texas Super Lawyers, and named “H” Magazine’s “Lawyer for the People.” He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Mr. Boyd is admitted to practice in Texas, and before the United States District Court in the Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
